This is one Fort Collins well know restaurants this Vietnamese restaurant has brought new flavors to Fort Collins. One of its most favorable meals would have to be its sesame chicken any that has ever eaten and loves would have tasted the delicious chicken. There are also well known for their spring and crystal rolls, these rolls are jam packed full of flavor and a medley of meats and veggies. One of my favorite appetizers they have would be there crap and cream cheese wontons. If yours looking for a soup you my two favorite choices would have to be the traditional egg drop soup or the flaming soup which is chicken and pineapple soup it has a sweet and tropical flavor. When it comes to the cost I would say it’s moderate and especially for all the choices that come on the menu. Young’s brings a new and existing twist the Vietnamese food and culture you can find this fantastic restaurant on 337 south college ave and you should most defiantly make your way over to this fantastic establishment.

Lark Burger

One of Fort Collins newest establishments is Lark Burger but there’s a twist when it comes to this restaurant this new restaurant brings a new and healthy twist on some classic burgers and fries. That’s not all Lark Burger is also eco friendly this building is 100% wind powered. Most containers and wrappings are recycled products and they use recycled cups. The interior of the building is cypress wood this wood comes from California and for every tree taken out a new one is planted. When it comes to the menu the food is equally great one of the most unique items on the menu is there truffle burger this burger is made with 100% black angus beef and they use there specially truffle sauce. Another equally grate item is there truffle fries that is fried in canola oil and has fresh cut parsley and parmesan cheese grated on top. When you go here expect not to have much money left I found the prices a little steep for a burger place but you have to think your paying for quality and your saving the earth while your doing it so your really cant put a price on that.

Huhot

When thinking of fun and creative restaurants to go to I think of Huhot on South College Avenue. The restaurant is themed with a Mongolian look with colorful walls and exotic art work the service is great and friendly they also feature a bar on the other side of the restaurant. The restaurant moves with the old town feel it is connected to other returants and even the famous Armstrong hotel they share a center hallway.  This is the first Huhot we had in Fort Collins there is a verity of choices when it comes to making your dish. They have a vast assortment of noodles, meats, vegetables and sauces. Next to a the great verity you get a show the chefs prepare the food right in front of you on a large open grill and around five different meals will be cooked next to yours. Also when ordering a meal you get the choice of egg drop soup which I find to be a twist on the classic form you can also pick from a fresh garden salad. For dessert the verity is equally great you can choose from a creamy NY cheese cake or even homemade s’mores but whatever you pick its sure to be fantastic.
